Website privacy.

Browsing this website

These pages introduce Kultura, our food and our restaurants. There are no mailing-list subscriptions or guest account registrations. Table bookings collect your name, contact details, party size, chosen service and any notes you choose to provide. These are used to manage your reservation and send your confirmation.

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested pages to deliver the website and maintain its security.

Bookings and staff access

Booking records are stored in Glasgow’s separate database hosted on Railway. Authorised restaurant staff can access them to manage reservations and seating. Microsoft 365 delivers booking emails from info@kulturaglasgow.com. Earlier confirmations were delivered through Resend. Staff sign-in uses essential session cookies. Please only include dietary or access information that you want the restaurant team to use for your visit.

Gift vouchers and payments

Voucher purchases collect your name and email, the recipient’s name and email, the voucher value and any personal message. We store voucher records, payment references and redemption history in Glasgow’s database on Railway. Microsoft 365 delivers the voucher and purchase emails. Authorised back-office staff use these records to help with purchases and record redemptions.

Stripe processes card payments and provides payment security and fraud prevention. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s payment form and are not stored on this website. Stripe may process payment, device and network information under its privacy policy. Essential browser session storage keeps your checkout reference so you can recover an interrupted payment in the same browser tab.

Cookies and measurement

We have not added analytics, advertising trackers or social-media feeds. Our photographs and fonts are served from this website. Instagram and Tripadvisor links take you to their respective services. Google Maps links open Google’s service and its privacy policy applies there. The hosting service may use essential security technologies to protect the site.

Restaurant websites and bookings

Links to Kultura Aberdeen take you to a separate restaurant website. When you book a table, buy a voucher or contact a restaurant there, its own privacy information and service terms apply.
